STD Dowels

• The hole is pre-drilled with a diameter less than or equal to the nominal dowel diameter.
• Used for mounting of concealed beam hangers and structural post bases
• Used where incorporated steel plates are part of an assembly detail in timber
• Chamfers make it easier to insert the elements into the wood.
• Ø8 and Ø12 galvanized design, beveled at the ends 
• Indication: dowel d×L in mm
